Elevthera Wellness
Elevthera Wellness was founded in 2018 by Alecia Denillo, LPC, with a simple but powerful intention: to create a therapy space that felt less like a clinical transaction and more like a genuine partnership. Over the years, that vision has grown into a practice of dedicated therapists who share the same core values - warmth, collaboration, authenticity, and a deep respect for each client's unique journey. Whether you're navigating anxiety, rebuilding your sense of self, learning to set boundaries, or simply trying to figure out who you are on the other side of a big life change - you're in the right place.

Thanks for clicking! Feeling like you're not growing? Have you hit a snag or is there a barrier that is keeping you from meeting your goals? I'd love to help! I would like to help you reach the longer-lasting effects that are the consequences of an insight-based and action-oriented approach to counseling. Let's figure out what happened, how it's affecting you, and what we can do together to help you overcome it, learn from it, and grow. My specialty is Gestalt psychotherapy. I use this model to help clients understand how they might be unhelpfully reacting to bad events or people and learn to overcome those reactions so as to become stronger individuals. Digging deep is part of this orientation to therapy, but only at your pace. I will be with you through this and through your growth. I would like to build a positive therapeutic relationship with you so that we can help you meet your goals of increased insight and self-exploration. The process of finding a matching counselor is definitely overwhelming. I look forward to talking and meeting you! Feel free to call me for a free consultation. You’ve carried a lot — maybe more than anyone around you realizes. Trauma has a way of showing up everywhere: in your relationships, your self-esteem, your body, your thoughts. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the past or stuck in patterns you desperately want to break, I want you to know that you don’t have to keep doing this alone. I believe healing happens when you’re truly supported — when you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow into the warrior you are. I work with folks who are ready for something to change, even if they’re not sure what healing looks like yet. I want you to feel grounded, confident, and whole. Together, we take things at your pace. We explore old wounds with care, rebuild boundaries with clarity, and create space for you to rediscover your strength. Using trauma-informed approaches, I’ll help you gently untangle the experiences and patterns that have kept you stuck, so you can move forward with more freedom and self-compassion. If you’re ready to start that journey, I’d be honored to support you.
