Therapy is an invitation to identify and gently question beliefs and perceived obstacles that stand in the way of our wellness, happiness and living our lives fully. We base our work together on you- what you see happening in your life, what you want to be different, your strengths, your goals and bigger life plans. Together we identify ways to make positive small shifts to clarify and work toward obtaining your best future. We believe in positive psychology interventions that are solution focused and strength based. We believe your mind is the most powerful resource. We can help you to learn how to use it to make powerful, lasting change.

Hi, I’m Neal Holmes. I am a believer in holistic and collaborative therapy. Bearing witness to your lived experience is an honor, because we are all striving to live and build relationships the best way we know how as people. I like to help my clients find their passion in life, remove blocks that are keeping them from being their authentic self, and live the life they wish to live with their dreams and hopes fulfilled.
Katie Murphy, MS, NCC, LPC
My name is Katie, and I have experience working with young adults, adults, and couples. I enjoy supporting clients navigating anxiety, anger management, and impulse control, as well as life transitions, relationship stressors, and LGBTQ+ related challenges. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and shaped by a relational lens- meaning I prioritize genuine connection, collaboration, and an understanding of how relationships impact mental health. In our work together, therapy will be a space to feel heard and understood, explore patterns, and build insight while also learning practical tools that support meaningful change. No matter where you are right now, you deserve support that feels affirming and tailored to you. I know taking this step can feel intimidating, but there is relief, growth, and a stronger sense of self on the other side. If you feel I could be a good fit for your goals, please reach out! I’m so exited to connect :)

Lotus Counseling & Consulting LLC
At times, people just want to have a conversation and we put off going to counseling, because honestly we tell ourselves that this other thing is just a little bit more important, a bit more pressing. We forget to invest in ourselves. Life is tough, there is no doubt about that; but why go through it alone. Let me be that person for you to aid you through those tough times or I can simply be that someone that you talk with. For a free consultation, learn more about my practice, or set up a counseling appointment, please go to www.thelotuscounselor.com or call (610) 699-9475. I specialize in having conversations and I have experience with: grief, stress management, trauma, depression, anxiety, career counseling, adults and youth and more. Healing isn’t easy & taking the first step of seeking a therapist takes a lot of courage. Healing involves being patient & kind with yourself, along with stepping out of your comfort zone in order to talk about tough things so you can grow. Often in life we are faced with many challenges and feel like we are just stuck. Transitioning into college can be a difficult process but with the help of a therapist you can work towards having a more balanced life. My role as your therapist is to help you sort out these emotions and experiences that have you feeling like you are hitting a wall. Together we will work to identify unhealthy patterns and develop skills to help you take control of your life. I offer my clients a person-centered approach, recognizing that the client is the expert of their life. This means that the client is the driver of their sessions and I am the guide. I have extensive experience working with people who experience panic, anxiety, and depression. I also specialize in trauma and I am trained in TFCBT and EMDR. Finding a therapist who you are comfortable with and feel supported by is an important part of the healing process. I look forward to embarking on this journey with you. If you are ready to take this next step, please reach out today.
August West Wellness
Welcome, welcome, WELCOME! All my life I have believed that a person needs to be the change they want to see in the world. Thus I am opening my own practice where people are free to learn, to grow, to express themselves freely and without judgement about whatever ails them. This could be daily life struggles of riding public transportation, or more philosophical questions about the meaning of life, and everything in between. All it takes to start is the willingness to have a conversation. I take a trauma focused, client first approach which makes getting that conversation started even easier! With having a DECADE of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in structural cognitive reality therapy as a certified trauma therapist. Thus I'm able to adapt and match my counseling style to serve a variety of clients, ranging from anxiety to depression to more complicated mood and behavioral disorders, such as bipolar and schizophrenia. Every journey starts with the first step. Let your first step be reaching out to me and seeing if I can help with whatever ails you. Everyone could benefit from having a life coach in their corner. Let me be yours.

I have several years of successful outcomes working with college aged students both enrolled and not enrolled in classes. I specialize in anxiety and depressive disorders as well as life transitions. I often ask the question "Who am I" and help clients explore and develop their own answers to this question. I approach therapy realistically and meet the client where they are at during each session. I approach therapy as a team (you and I) and believe success only occurs when we can trust one another. I have been told that I am approachable, easy to talk to and "down to Earth".

Your struggles are unique and complex. As a psychologist my aim is to help you explore your personal narratives, to understand how your past is affecting your present and keeping you from fulfilling your values. Whether you are experiencing difficulty with relationships, life events, healing from trauma, or simply don't find yourself enjoying your life as you once did, I will help you feel grounded while we gain a non-judgmental perspective on your struggles and put our minds together to strategize ways forward. I specialize in treatments for trauma, depression, anxiety, job stress, and relationship issues. I take a pragmatic and eclectic approach by integrating psychodynamic theories with evidence-based tools. I draw on treatments ranging from CBT, ACT, and CPT, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and experiences. I completed advanced training at Haverford College and the Dept. of Veteran Affairs Hospital where I continue to work as a trauma specialist. Finding a therapist you click with can be a daunting task but is a key part of healing. In therapy, I am open, creative, and curious. If my approach sounds right for you or if you’d like to learn more, please do not hesitate to reach out or visit my site to schedule an appointment for a free consultation. It would be my privilege to speak with you.

People come to therapy for many different reasons, but, at the core, they are looking for understanding, relief, or growth. Maybe you’re trying to understand why you feel the way you do, or you find yourself caught in the same difficult thoughts again and again. Perhaps you’ve noticed patterns of behavior that seem to work against your own well-being. You might be facing a life transition—chosen or not—and are feeling anxious about what’s next. Or maybe you just feel stuck. Therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening. Together, we can clarify your current experience, explore how you got here, and begin to shape a healthier, more fulfilling path forward.

Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety? Stuck in OCD rituals? Struggling to balance school, relationships, family expectations, and everything else that comes with being a young adult? Maybe you’re navigating a difficult transition, questioning who you are, or feeling like you’re supposed to have everything figured out. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with college students and young adults navigating OCD, anxiety, trauma, relationship and friendship struggles, family conflict, self-esteem, and life transitions. College can be an exciting time, but it can also bring pressure, uncertainty, and challenges that are difficult to manage on your own. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to what actually works for them. Together, we will focus on understanding your emotions, managing anxiety and overwhelming thoughts, building confidence, strengthening relationships, and developing coping skills that you can carry with you beyond college. Therapy can also be a space to explore your values, identity, boundaries, and the kind of life you want to create for yourself. To guide my work, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also use Brainspotting to support clients in processing trauma and experiences that may feel difficult to access through traditional talk therapy alone. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whatever you’re carrying, my goal is to help you build a life that feels steady, fulfilling, and fully yours.

Hi, I'm Lori with Starfish Counseling for Grief and Loss. When a loss occurs, whether it's a death, a relationship break-up, or some other type of loss, going through the grief process can be tricky while you're also handling other responsibilities, like school and friends. You may not be able to juggle it all, so you try to get help but you don't know who to go to. Maybe you've tried going to your school's counseling center, only to be told you have to wait several weeks or even months to be seen. What do you do in the meantime? As I see it, you have two choices - try to live with your grief without help and move forward or talk to someone to figure out what your life can be like after loss. In my experience, moving forward is much easier to achieve when you've talked to someone who has the tools and knowledge to help you process your grief. I am that someone. Because I've had a lot of loss and I've worked for nearly 20 years with people who've had loss, trauma and grief, I have the experience and the know-how to help. I take a client-centered approach, so I never use a one-size-fits-all strategy. Instead, I lean on cognitive, somatic and creative approaches to guide and offer support. I'd be honored to work with you.
