She specializes in the management of Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and Trauma. Ms. DeMure treats patients ages 18 years and up in her private practice in Paoli, PA. She also provides virtual visits to individuals living throughout the state. She offers comprehensive and individualized care by working collaboratively with each patient to develop the best plan of care to achieve their goals. Her treatment approach focuses on developing relationships with her clients while accompanying and supporting them on their mental health journey. These experiences helped to broaden both her perspective and medical knowledge. In 2016, she graduated with a Master’s Degree from Duke University as a Family Nurse Practitioner and focused on Women’s Health and Addiction Medicine. This experience opened her eyes to the extreme need for mental health care providers and she then pursed her certification through Johns Hopkins University as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has worked primarily in outpatient clinics with a focus on underserved populations. • Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner • Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner • Licensed to Prescribe Psychiatric Medications • Serving patients in Pennsylvania in-office and virtually. • NJ licensing pending (as of 2023, call for updates).

You may be functioning well on the outside while quietly feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted inside. Therapy can be a place to slow down, exhale, and begin to understand what’s really driving those patterns. I offer in-person and virtual sessions in a calm, inviting office where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard. My style is relaxed and relational, and our work is intentional. We’ll start with what feels most present for you, and then gently move toward the deeper roots. Clients often share that they appreciate both the warmth of our conversations and the clarity that comes from having specific tools to navigate their challenges. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, the impacts of trauma, relationship concerns, or an eating disorder, our work together will be thoughtful, focused, and tailored to you. If you're looking for therapy that balances emotional depth with practical tools, I'm happy to connect and see if we're a good fit.

AVIVA GASKILL, PHD PLLC
Whether you are living in physical pain or emotional pain, we will work together to help you sleep better, decrease pain, improve relationships, get "unstuck" and feel happier. One of our greatest goals as clinicians is treating you with the support and care you deserve. We not only want to help you feel better, we want to help you live better and move out of negative patterns of behavior that do not serve you. We work from an integrative perspective, meaning that we have been trained in a wide variety of psychological techniques and will combine them to help you achieve your goals. We will teach you to use the tools that help you most, so that you can continue to work with these techniques on your own, once you have completed therapy. And that sense of independence and control you gain over your own life, that will feel truly fulfilling!

James Wuwert
The students I work best with are often motivated, thoughtful, and used to doing well. They may be successful in school, involved in activities, or working hard toward their future, but underneath that success they may be struggling with anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, or OCD. College can bring a lot of pressure. Students may worry about grades, relationships, their future, making mistakes, or whether they are “doing enough.” Some find themselves stuck in cycles of checking, seeking reassurance, avoiding situations, or trying to get everything exactly right. Others may feel overwhelmed by a major life transition, loneliness, low mood, or the expectations they place on themselves. I especially enjoy working with students who want to understand what is happening and are ready to make meaningful changes. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where students can be honest about what they are experiencing while learning practical ways to handle anxiety and move forward. For students struggling with OCD and anxiety, I have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also work with perfectionism, depression, life transitions, relationships, and the challenges that can come with being a high-achieving student. You don't have to figure everything out on your own. Therapy can be a place to slow down, gain perspective, and develop the confidence to move forward with greater freedom.

I focused on college counseling during my counselor training, with 10-12 years of experience working with college students. I think I felt particularly drawn to the rich potential for growth and change during the college years, whether I was working with traditional-age or non-traditional students. I welcome the chance to work with college students now that I have my own practice.

Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. You might be overthinking, feel anxious, have low motivation, or feel easily triggered, even when you’re trying your best to keep up with school and life. Sometimes these patterns are connected to past experiences that have dragged you down. I specialize in working with college students using EMDR, mindfulness, and creative approaches to help you move through stress and past negative life experiences in a deeper, more lasting way. Rather than just managing symptoms, we’ll work together to understand what’s underneath them and form new healthier patterns so you can be the best version of yourself. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Therapy is active and supportive, helping you feel more grounded, more in control, and better able to navigate school, relationships, and daily life with greater ease and confidence.
