Meagan Logsdon, MA, APC, NCC
Meagan Logsdon is an Associate Professional Counselor (APC) in the state of Georgia and National Certified Counselor who works with individuals ranging from teens to older adults. Meagan received her BA in English from the University of Georgia in 2009 where she was also a member of the Redcoat Marching Band. After a decade working as a paralegal, she decided to shift career paths and, in 2026, received her MA in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Aside from the legal field, Meagan has also worked in supportive roles in various local school settings. She brings these experiences engaging with a variety of perspectives into the counseling room. Meagan approaches therapy as a place where the inner world can finally speak in its own dialect through story, symbol, metaphor, and play. Much of her work centers on ADHD and the perfectionism and feelings of inferiority that often accompany it. She helps clients understand the emotional architecture beneath their patterns—the pressure to perform, the fear of disappointing others, the exhaustion of masking, and the quiet belief that everyone else received a manual they somehow missed. She invites curiosity instead of criticism and helps clients build a more compassionate relationship with themselves and others. An avid arts enjoyer, Meagan sees creativity and play as a form of psychological movement, a way of loosening the roles people feel obligated to perform. Unstructured play often gets lost in adulthood, especially when life demands adults stay composed or hide the parts of themselves that feel too tender. Using psychodynamic, narrative, and IFS-informed approaches, Meagan sits with those navigating the aftershocks of religious or sexual trauma and those who feel caught between identities, between faith and doubt, or between who they were told to be and who they are becoming. She works collaboratively and with a commitment to honoring the mind’s complexity and the human longing for meaning. In her free time, Meagan enjoys reading, playing her flute, practicing yoga, video gaming, and running a Dungeons and Dragons campaign for her friends.

BROOKE BIDEZ
I work with a wide range of clients — from young adults navigating grief, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+-related concerns, chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and life transitions. Across my 10 years of experience, I've learned and implemented a wide variety of therapeutic techniques and strategies for a range of presenting concerns. I like to begin our first couple of sessions by getting a clear view of what brought you in, along with your broader beliefs and background, so I can tailor our work together. If you're looking for a therapist who is gentle, kind, and comforting in her approach, that's me. I do challenge negative thought patterns and miscommunication when it's helpful, though I also find that clients often benefit from arriving at those insights on their own.
Adan Alvarez

Are you feeling strangely absent from your own experience, as though you're moving through life on autopilot? I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected from themselves and others, or uncertain about the life they want to be living. Let's slow things down and take a look at what keeps you stuck, noticing what’s been happening on repeat and what shifts when you begin to respond differently. This work is about making more space for presence, connection, and intentional living. Your body holds the wisdom for healing, and my role is to support you in reconnecting with your innate capacity. Together, we expand your capacity to feel, access inner resources, and experience greater ease and connection. We work with what’s happening in your body in real time, supporting embodied shifts that align with who you are now. If this resonates, it often means something has been running in the background for a while without much space to look at it directly. Let's begin to bring that into view together. Reach out for a complimentary phone consultation to explore if working together feels like the right next step. I am currently working under the direction of Dr. Sophia Aguirre and supervision of Carrie Gensler, LPC, CPCS in pursuit of advanced licensure as an LPC. I am currently in the first year of a three-year Somatic Experiencing® (SE) training program and integrate SE principles into my work.

The process of starting or reentering counseling can be overwhelming but a brave step towards improving your wellness. I honor that step by committing myself to meet you where you are, sit with you in whatever emotion arises, and offer you a safe and relaxed environment to discuss your concerns. As your therapist, I will work with you to collaboratively create a road map to greater health using our alliance and therapeutic tools along the way. We will work together to identify your goals, beliefs, and assets; process life stress; and empower your life for greater wellness, however you define this. I offer Cognitive-Behavioral, Mindfulness, Exposure (ERP), Strength-Based and Person-Centered services for adults and young adults, addressing symptoms of anxiety, OCD, stress, life transitions, relationships, and ADHD. Through my Masters and Doctoral work as well as my background teaching and supervising Master's level clinicians, I have created a therapeutic approach that is not only centered around YOU, the client, but incorporates practices that are backed by scientific evidence. It is my greatest desire to use what I know to see you grow and live the life you want.

Do you feel stuck in patterns, within yourself or in your relationships, that you know aren’t working, but somehow keep pulling you back in? Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what’s underneath those patterns, where they came from, and begin untangling them. I believe meaningful change starts with feeling understood and having a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll make sense of where you’ve been and create room for something different. I’m passionate about supporting individuals and couples through a variety of topics, but I specialize in relationship issues, trauma, infidelity, substance addiction, and anxiety. Whether you want a listening ear or to start making changes, I will meet you where you are. If you think we could be a good fit, I would love to hear from you.

Key Counseling
Under directed experience and clinical supervision Do you sometimes feel disconnected from the people you care about, even when you want closeness? Are old patterns or coping strategies getting in the way of the relationships or life you are trying to build? I believe we are all wired for belonging, connection, and intimacy. When life experiences disrupt those instincts, it can leave us feeling guarded, uncertain, or stuck repeating habits that numb pain but create new problems. I work with teens, adults, and couples who want to rebuild trust in themselves and their relationships, especially when issues like addiction, trauma, or communication breakdowns have gotten in the way. I also have a strong passion for supporting men as they navigate identity, emotional expression, and connection in a world that often discourages vulnerability. In therapy, my role is to help make what feels unclear more understandable. I listen deeply, bring steady nonjudgmental presence, and help you look at both your strengths and your struggles without shame. While change is collaborative, I will walk alongside you with direct guidance, practical tools, and reflection that supports sustainable growth. My approach blends humanistic and person-centered foundations with CBT, DBT, narrative, and Gestalt techniques. Together, we can explore the stories and patterns that have shaped your relationships, process grief or trauma that may still weigh heavy, and build real-world skills for emotional regulation, confidence, and connection. Whether you are coping with depression, anxiety, addiction or substance use, relationship stress, or significant transitions, we will create a path forward that feels meaningful and achievable. It’s an honor to support people as they uncover more clarity, balance, and resilience. I offer a grounded, respectful space where you can reconnect with what matters most and take steps toward living and loving with more freedom and less fear. If you’re ready to explore whether we could be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
